August Club Meeting

On Wednesday evening 1st August 17 members and potential members met in Colin Gray's meeting room for our monthly meeting. Club member and our guest speaker for the night, Gary Pearse, entertained all those present with the technical challenges of competition archery.  Thank you Gary, we had no idea just how complex archery is at the elite level.  The meeting also discussed the scoring for the up-coming Show of Excellence and a sub-committee will be formed to decide on the rules.  This will be completed by the end of August for release at the next monthly meeting on 5th September.
