Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, we now have the second of our overnight tours for the year.
This is a combined event hosted by the BMW Club ACT. The idea is a drive down to the pretty country town of Junee for a Saturday night stay.
NSW members are invited to stay in Orange on Friday night, and make our way in convoy to Junee on Saturday.
When we arrive in Junee, there is the Chocolate and Liquorice Factory with the Gasworks Garage Museum next door, the Junee Roundhouse Railway Museum and the Broadway District Historical Museum.
In the early evening we are planning a Ghost Tour of the Monte Cristo Historic Homestead, reputably the most Haunted House in Australia.....
Dinner will be a feast at a local restaurant where the theme will be a Christmas one, so come dressed up in all your Christmas bling! The idea is, each person attending will spend around $20 on a Chris Cringle type gift which will be put in a big red bag and redistributed by a jolly man dressed in red. Overnight will be spent at one of the comfortable local Motels, where we have reserved 20 rooms. Cost per person in a shared room is $111 including Saturday night 4 course meal, accommodation and a cooked breakfast. There is a $50 surcharge if you want your own room. Children are $60 per child with 2 adults.
Return home on Sunday via the Highway or a scenic by-way, your choice!
Don't miss this great weekend away so register now and avoid disappointment. Registration must close Friday 1st June!
Registration for this event has now closed. We look forward to welcoming you to another event.
