40 competitors signed up for our Motorkhana Round 4 event of the 2019 Motorkhana Championship. There were a couple of no shows however it was still a very busy day with 38 competitors all trying their hand at some precision driving. It was great to see a lot of new faces along with the old with more than half the field attending their first motorkhana event with the club. The weather put on a great show with a balmy 28 degree early spring day with plenty of sunshine and despite the large field and relatively long courses we were still able to complete the 4 courses and the shootout event with time to spare for a few lucky competitors who stayed until the end to try their hand at a couple of drift circles.
Congratulations to the winners of this round. The competition is at the pointy end now and it could still go either way as the total points are calculated on the best 4 rounds and we still have 1 round to go.
