This is Round 5 of our 2023 Club Supersprint Championship.
Have a go at this 1.8 KMs of challenging Motorsport Track. There is a place for all driving talents from our Supersprint Experts working on their championship points, our regular members wanting to have a go, thru to our new and junior drivers from 14 years of age. We keep the speed groups separated so no-one is being held up or holding any one up, overtaking kept to a minimum. Registration is open and filling quickly with 4 speed groups of 15 drivers. All drivers must have a Motorsport Australia Speed licence and that is available from Motorsport Australia
You must submit an Annex-C for your car. This is only required once each year or when you change your car's mod status. Look at the 2023 Supersprint Rules for all the details. You can download the Annex-C Excel form save it as Annex C your name your membership number, fill it in and email it to motorsport@bmwclubnsw.asn.au or print it and bring it with you.
All drivers must read the Supp. Regs. and complete the paperwork. Download the Motorsport Australia Disclaimer, Scrutineer Compliance and the Club Scrutiny Form. Fill in the forms and use the Scrutiny Form to check that your car is ok to go on the track. Bring those three forms to the track; Disclaimer and Compliance to the Sign on desk and Scrutiny Form to the Scrutineers.
The car number that you select on your registration is the car number that you must have on both sides of your car. Numbers 230mm high to Motorsport Australia's Schedule K. If you choose a car number that is the same as someone else's number then I will email you to sort out an alternative number.
You must have a Fire Extinguisher that is less than 3 years old or has been tested and tagged, then mounted correctly in your to MA's Schedule H. Also have sealed valve caps on the 4 road wheels, front glass covered and battery location triangle installed. You must have appropriate apparel and a helmet to Schedule D.
We must have Flag Marshals for this event. Get involved or have your friends and relatives involved with all the action on trackside with Flags and radio transceiver and have laps in the passenger's seat of a Supersprint Car at lunch time. No experience then that is ok as we run a Flag Marshal Briefing. Email motorsport@bmwclubnsw.asn.au if you can be a Flag Marshal or have a family or friend who can enjoy day at the track waving flags.
