We are excited to reveal to our members the program of our next social weekend escape, and it happens to be our longest escape to date! This  time we are taking you on a tour from the coast into the country and back to the stunning coast of the Northern Rivers region of NSW.

    Route overview

We will spend the first night in the beautiful town of Forster NSW on the mid-north coast, and from there we take you west to the home of country music, Tamworth. From here we head north through Uralla, and onto Glenn Innes for the night, then onto the coastal town of Ballina for 2 spectacular nights on the river. We finish our trip in South West Rocks NSW.

    What to expect

We have carefully selected excellent and very well rated accommodation, brilliant casual and semi formal dining options, fun activities that will help you bond with new friends, along with those exciting twisty and challenging roads that our BMWs were made for.

There will be a special drive organised for Saturday 2 March that will take attendees through the stunning Byron Hinterland, exploring quaint country towns and stopping at stunning lookouts along the way. We also offer you some downtime on these trips to relax, or explore at your leisure.

    Program information

The program has been released early, to give members a chance to register for the event, and book in their accommodation early to avoid disappointment. It is the responsibility of each member to arrange their own accommodation and it is recommended to book accommodation in the week following your registration for the event.

Activities, meals, and the full program have not yet been finalised, so are not included in this program, along with the drive route. These details will be released at a later date to registered attendees.

Thank you to those drivers who submitted their Annex-C 2024 form at Supersprint SS.1 for the whole year. You don't need to do that again unless you modify your car.  If you haven't provided your Annex-C form, that form is available here in two versions:

If you wish to be a passenger or a volunteer at our Motorkhana event, please register here. Competitors are not required to sign up as a passenger.

Passengers are required to wear a t-shirt and shorts as well as enclosed footwear and must keep limbs within the confines of the vehicle at all times. You must also complete a Passenger Ride Entry Form. Anyone can be a passenger if you are interested in seeing and experiencing what motorkhana is about. Just ask a competitor on the day for permission to hop in their vehicle as a passenger and enjoy the ride!

We also require a few volunteers for the day to assist with activities such as setting up of cones and timing of competitor runs. A hot lunch as well as snacks and drinks are provided by the club to volunteers. Volunteers can also be competitors, assisting with proceedings when not driving. If you are volunteering, please attend the skidpan at around 7.15am to assist with setup.

If you wish to volunteer and also be a passenger then please register for both tickets.
