Financial members of the BMW Drivers Club NSW Incorporated may attend the BMW Driver’s Club NSW Annual General Meeting to be held on 20th August 2025 at 7:00pm AEST.
A new Executive and General Committee is to be elected and we are calling for nominations to fill these important positions to conduct the direction, management of operations and administration of the Club.
The Executive positions are:
The General Committee:
• President
• Membership Secretary
• Vice President
• General Committee x5
• Secretary
• Editor
• Treasurer
• Motorsport Manager
The General Committee has comprised Merchandise Manager, Magazine Editor, Public Officer, IT/Web, Registrar, Motorsport Assistant although some of these positions have also been fulfilled by members of the Executive Committee.
Should you wish to nominate as a club committee volunteer, there is a nomination form to be completed and submitted. The form link is: link to be provided very shortly. This form will require the nominee and nominators to be a financial member of the Club for at least 12 months prior to August 20, 2024 . The completed nomination form is to be submitted via email to the Secretary of the Club in PDF format at secretary@bmwclubnsw.asn.au

Pre-meeting meal - Hornsby RSL have various dining options include your usual RSL fare downstairs and asian noodles, as well as pizzas upstairs. Consider arriving from 6pm to enjoy dinner before the meeting.
