Renewal of Classic Vehicle Scheme Registration
The renewal of your CVS Registration is somewhat less involved unless you have undertaken more alterations/modifications since previous registration renewal. In which case it may be necessary to review your Vehicle Safety Certificate of Compliance and have it updated by an authorised certifier. If you have made recent changes/modifications, you may also require a new Blue Slip to validate the renewal of registration. The registered owner has the responsibility to adopt the correct procedure here.
The documentation you will require to renew the Classic registration is:
Send the following via Express post to the Club’s Secretary. You should email historic@bmwclubnsw.asn.au to obtain the relevasnt postal address.
You will need to make a payment of $25.00 to CMC (refer Flow Chart). This can be done via direct deposit online.

7. A New BMW Club CVS Statutory Declaration (completed, signed, and witnessed) (BMW Club annual requirement) to secretary@bmwclubnsw.asn.au
8. BMW club Check List for CVS to me completed
Should all of your documentation (items 1 to 8 above) to support the CVS Registration application be in order, documents (1 to 5) shall be forwarded by post to Council of Motor Clubs directly from the Registrar.
The registrar shall follow up with you via email or phone if there is anything missing or will require further information from you about the vehicle
