We are excited to reveal to our members the program of our next social weekend escape! This time we are visiting the beautiful Shoalhaven (NSW South Coast) region.

What to expect

A variety of activities to bond with attendees, group dining options, excellent roads that our BMWs were made for, accommodation in a beautiful part of the world, and an opportunity to support local businesses (shopping!).

The convoy will depart Sydney early on Friday 13 March, and head to the Shoalhaven via the Southern Highlands. We will stop for excellent coffee at Ngununnggula Regional Art Gallery, with the option to explore the gallery as well. Next we will partake in a history tour of the beautiful Retford Park Homestead and Gardens (entry fee will apply). The home was built in 1887 and is one of James Fairfax's residences.

Taking the road through Kangaroo Valley, we will stop for lunch in the valley, before continuing on to our accommodation on the south coast and will dine at Mollymook Golf Club on Friday night for dinner.

After a coffee and breakfast stop on Saturday morning, we will explore the Shoalhaven region in convoy stopping for fish and chips for lunch. You will have some free time in the afternoon to relax, do activities of your own, shop etc, before dinner at the beautiful Cupitts Estate Winery in the wine garden on Saturday evening.

The event will conclude on Sunday morning after breakfast and coffee together. Consider extending your stay to Sunday evening and enjoying more of what the South Coast has to offer.

Program information

Although the final route and timings  is not yet available for the group, you will need to book accommodation at the time of registration as accommodation is extremely limited in the Shoalhaven region, and consists mostly of small motels.

Please book your accommodation ASAP to avoid disappointment.

The final program will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the event, if you have any specific questions meanwhile, email Ash on ash.sherry@bmwclubnsw.asn.au

If you register to attend this event, Ash will assume you have booked your accommodation and are confirmed as attending.

Your ticket registration fee includes transportation to and from the winery on Saturday evening from both Mollymook and Ulladulla, as well as a selection of sweet and savoury treats on the trip.

Accommodation

Registered attendees need to book 2 nights of accommodation themselves.

Due to limited accommodation options in this area (mostly small motels and caravan parks), the group will need to stay in separate motels. The below motels come highly rated online. Please research online to see if the accommodation meets your needs before booking.
